Ideal candidate must meet the following criteria:

• Positive, customer-focused, and team-oriented attitude
• Two or more years experience programming in a server-side language such as ColdFusion, PHP, Java, Ruby, or .NET (note: we use ColdFusion)
• Excellent working knowledge of HTML, XHTML, and CSS
• Experience with JavaScript and JavaScript frameworks such as jQuery, Prototype and/or Scriptaculous
• Excellent working knowledge of SQL and SQL Server
• Ability to write select's, insert's, update's, delete's, and join's independently
• Solid understanding of Flash application development or willingness to learn
• Ability to write highly optimized and readable code
• Desire to be part of a strong development team encompassing industry-leaders
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced development environment
• Ability to manage time effectively, meet project deadlines, and work independently

Skills and Experience Considered a Plus But Not Required:

• Experience with AJAX
• Experience with Eclipse, and Eclipse-based plugins
• Experience with Version Control software like CVS or Subversion
• Experience with data-driven Flash development including Flash Remoting and Web Services
• Experience with Adobe Flex 3
• Design experience in Photoshop, Fireworks, Flash and related software

ITC’s will work one-on-one with dealer principles, GMs and GSMs, showing them how they can enhance their online presence with the help of Dealerskins’ innovative products.

Requirements:

• Proven track record in sales, preferred
• Background in selling to dealerships, preferred
• Good communication skills and strong ability to close sales
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
• Ability to travel (about 40%)
